Using CVPilot AI

The service

CVPilot AI provides CV writing, job-comparison, interview-practice and application-organisation tools. You control the information you enter and decide whether to use the resulting suggestions. Some features require an account and available external providers.

Your account and content

Provide an email address you control, keep your password private and use only material you have permission to upload. You remain responsible for your CV, qualifications, application answers and other submitted content. Do not share another person's sensitive information without their permission.

You may export your work and delete a personal account from account settings. Deletion removes saved career records and access to the account. Keep a copy of any work you need before deleting it.

AI suggestions and job outcomes

AI output and matching scores can be incomplete or incorrect. Review dates, names, qualifications, factual claims and the suitability of the wording before using an output. The service does not guarantee that a CV will pass an applicant tracking system, receive an interview or result in employment.

External job listings

Job details and availability are supplied by third parties and may change. Check the employer and the original listing before applying. External links are provided for your review; their websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not request your external job-platform passwords or submit applications automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, fabricate qualifications, upload unlawful material, send spam or attempt to access another account. Do not use the contact form or tools to disrupt the service or evade usage limits. Accounts can be restricted when misuse is identified.

Availability and questions

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because a provider is unavailable. Save copies of important documents. Features and these terms may change as the service develops; the current version and update date are shown here.
